Judeann E. Roush, a lifelong Buchanan resident, passed away Monday, August 29, 2016 at NY Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital. She was 57. Judy was a Bookkeeper for Burke Fuel, in Hawthorne. She was born on June 16, 1959 in Sleepy Hollow, NY, the daughter of Alfred D. Roush, Sr., and Eileen Cox Roush. She was raised and educated in the Hendrick Hudson School District and graduated from Hen Hud High School in 1977. Judeann was an avid NY Mets fan, and adored her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She is survived by her sister, Jane Roush, of Peekskill, and 2 brothers Alfred Roush, Jr. and Andrew (Kelly) Roush, both of Buchanan. She also has 6 nieces and nephews and 4 great nieces and nephews. Judeann was predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Eileen Roush. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, September 2, 2016, 10:00am at St. Christopher's Church in Buchanan. Burial will follow at St. Augustine's Cemetery in Ossining. Friends may call on Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 5-9PM at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home.
