Retired Van Cortlandtville Elementary School teacher Carmine Centuori peacefully passed away on March 31, 2019.
He was also a caring husband to his wife, Carolyn. Carmine was a wonderful father to his daughters, Melissa and Tina. His three grandchildren adored their grandfather; holidays, birthdays, school functions and recitals - he was always there to help share those moments and make them all special. He especially enjoyed sharing his beliefs in American exceptionalism, ideals, and our collective sense of possibility. Above all, he was a man of infinite love, kindness, and wisdom.
Memorial Mass will be held at the Mt. Alvernia Retreat Center, Wappingers Falls, NY on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 1:00pm.
