Obituary of Helen DeMaria Millicker

Helen DeMaria Millicker of Cortlandt Manor, passed away on Saturday, October 5th, 2019. She was born in Peekskill on July 26, 1934 to Michael and Helen Pisani DeMaria. She graduated from The Assumption School and Peekskill High School, Class of 1952, as well as SUC in New Paltz in 1956. She taught in Van Cortlandtville School.
Helen married John Millicker on April 17th, 1960 in The Church of the Assumption. They had four sons: John (Shannon), Glenn, Michael (Karen) and Paul (Martha).

She is survived by her husband John, nine wonderful grandchildren: Anastasia, Michael, Alexandra, Elizabeth, Victoria, Megan, Stephanie, John and Kaitlin. She is also survived by her brother Michael (Nancy) DeMaria and fourteen nephews and nieces, as well as two aunts: Gloria Pisani DeNardo, Yolanda Pisani (Charles) Heady, Sister-in-Law: Dr. M. Millicker-Schratz, and Brother-in-Law: George Millicker

Visitation will be held at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at The Church of the Assumption on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 10:00am

Interment to follow at The Assumption Cemetery.
