Obituary of Michael Sottolano

Michael Sottolano entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 9, 2019. He was 95 years of age.

Michael proudly served our country from 1942 to 1946 during WWII as a member ot the United States Army Air Force, he went on to participate in the CBI (China/Burma/India) Campaign, China Offensive. He earned the American Service Medal, Asiatic Pacific Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, European African Middle Eastern Service Medal, and the World War II Victory medal.  

Beloved father to his two loving sons Michael and George, Daughter in law Marie, loving Grandfather to Christina, Michael, Ariana, and his Great-Grandchild Ryan.

Visitation will be held at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Name of Mary Church on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 10:00am.

Interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Putnam Valley, NY.
