I remember one time at Maryanne’s house during a party at the sitting room by the entrance Wayne and I talked about art, I new he loved collecting art because Maryanne would always tell us, and show us some of his paintings which they swapped on occasion. We talked about VanGogh and the wild life of the artist, Wayne spoke with enthusiasm and I could see his passion for art! One “gift” he had was a beautiful laughter it is unforgettable, it was bubbly, sweet, and genuine and i will never forget it!!

I have only fond memories of Wayne. When I think of Wayne I think of a positive person with a bright smile. I remember building my brother Kevin’s fireplace ( Wayne’s brother in law) and being up on the scaffolding with Wayne throwing stones up to me and both of us laughing about how he would pick just the right stone I needed. Always a caring and giving person, you will be greatly missed.

I remember the first project that I met Wayne. Time passes so fast that I cannot be sure of the year but I can say with confidence that he always had the same great personality. Wayne was the most down to earth , honest , straight forward man you ever met.
I was so upset to hear of his passing. Wayne will be missed a lot by the NYC construction community and by myself especially.
