I was saddened to learn of Louise's passing. She was very kind to me when I joined the garden club and made me feel welcome when she hosted club activities in her home. I can still see her distributimg her home made cheese straws on the bus rides back from the Philadelphia Flower Show and I baked several batches of her caraway seed cookies for the clubs Christmas Tea this past December! She's will be missed
