To all of Paul's family, your Laubin cousins have chosen to plant a grove of five trees in Paul's honor and memory. We send our love and sincere sympathy for his loss and the loss to the oboe world. May time lessen your sorrows as the wonderful memories keep him with you forever. Sally sends a little message to Paul: Thanks for Ring Around the Rosie at 210 Clayton Rd. We will all miss him and are so proud of what he accomplished, following what his father had started and obviously doing what he loved. Fond wishes from Sally Jones-Laubin, Jonathan and Erlinda Laubin, Barbara Neff Craig, Todd Craig, Vanette Craig Moulton, Lucinda Craig, and Alice Neff Petersen.

Speechless for words, I was devastated to hear of Mr. Laubin's passing. I've had the honor to be in the studio before COVID got really bad and I am going to cherish those memories and the things I've learned. He was such an amazing person with a great attitude. I do, one day, hope to own an amazing instrument that is essential to the American history of the oboe. On behalf of myself and the Crane oboe studio, my condolences go out to the family. I am thankful to have got to know him and it was an honor to be graced by his presence. Rest in peace knowing that your legacy has been cemented in history. Sincerely, Justin Tan

I was devastated and heartbroken when I learned of the passing of Mr. Laübin. For about 20 years I have had the honor of being a client of A. Laübin, Inc. The impeccable old world craftsmanship, beauty, refinement, and detail is unsurpassed. I always cherished the times I got to talk with Mr. Laübin. He was a phenomenal oboe and English horn maker and an absolutely wonderful person. Mrs. Laübin, Alex, Michelle, and the Laübin family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Please accept my sincere condolences. I pray and wish you all peace, comfort, healing, and love during this difficult time. Mr. Paul Laübin, I am so grateful and thankful that I got the honor to know you and for the beauty that you gave this world.
