Franklin Valentine, 81 years old of Garrison, New York passed away on October 18th, 2017. He was a former Sergeant in the Peekskill Police Department. Chapel Service Monday October 23rd at the Funeral Home 12 noon. Internment to follow at the Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Putnam Valley NY.
