You went to be with the Lord too soon, how I wish I were given the time and opportunity to say goodbye, I will miss you, Grandpa. Even if the pain I feel after losing you cannot be measured, I believe that the brightest shining star above my head is you assuring me that you are in a better place now. I’m sure your showing off your velcro shoes up there, unless you finally got ones that you can lace up and tie. I’m going to miss our shoe jokes with each other you always knew how to make me laugh. I’m going to miss comparing who was darker (tanner) with you and when Krystal (Krissi) would try to jump in we would all have a good laugh and you would tell me I was Pocahontas. I miss camping in Lake George with you, Krystal and Grandma, I still have the Indian doll you bought me. I’m going to miss you calling me every year for my birthday and singing to me, I’m so happy I saved your voicemails so I can listen to your voice whenever I want. But most of all I’m going to miss YOU! I miss you so much already! Tell Grandma I said Hi and that I love her and miss her so much! This is not goodbye but an I’ll see you later, I’m sure your in heaven watching down over all of us. I Love You Grandpa!!

We had so many good times growing up in Continental Village together. Mr. Fox was a wonderful Volunteer Fire fighter for Continental Village. He worked closely with my dad Russell S. Heady. We has such a close relationship with the families that went camping together. We all had an outrageous times sitting around the campfire telling stories. We laughed so hard. Mr. Fox was a great story teller. Those times will be remembered forever Mr. Fox was a great husband, father and friend. He will sadly be missed.
