To the DiGiacomo Family; We are so sorry to hear of your loss. The video you shared is a perfect testament to the beautiful family you all are. Our memories of Devonshire court would not have been the same without your loving family. So blessed to have kept in touch all these years. Our deepest condolences and prayers are with you all.

My sincere condolences to the DiGiacomo family. As one of the very few remaining Town of Cortlandt employees that was hired when Charlie was Town Supervisor, it was an honor to have work for him. He always had a smile on his face and truly loved being at the many recreation events he attended. Rest in Peace Charlie.

Charlie had a great sense of humour and was a natural story teller. Now I'm not sure all of his stories were true. In fact I'm positive his brother Frank (Evans) and he went to great lengths sometimes to see who could tell the tallest tale. Charlie would always talk fondly of his time spent in Canada with his Uncle Oscy and Aunt Luna (my parents). He did tell some entertaining bareback horse riding stories from his Canadian days which is why I've included this photo. Proof, I guess that Charlie was at least close to a horse once in his life.
First cousin,
Dave Daigneault

We are so sorry to learn of Charlie's passing. The Keesler's worked with him for many years. He certainly was an icon in the Town and left many accomplishments throughout Cortlandt.
