We will always remember Aunt Mary as our favorite Subaru customer! Also, while attending a family wedding in Chicago, we got to know what a great dancer she was! Dear Wood Family, Your mom was a very special person to me. Through my friendship with Stephanie, she became a 2nd mother to me. She was also an honorary Grandmother for my son. She was the only Grandma, Dylan ever knew. Hard to believe that nearly 50 years have passed since your mom welcomed me in to the family. There are so many memories I have of her. I never could call her by her given name. It never seemed respectful. She always called me "Cath." I am going to miss hearing her say that. I loved her very much. She was always a constant source for love and guidance, the anchor of her family. Please know my heart breaks for all of you. She will be sorely missed.

Mary & I were young mothers together living next door to each other in Dunbar Heights in Peekskill. We remained friends throughout our lives and had many laughs and fond memories. One of the more recent memories was our lunch last summer at Table 9 with my cousin Norma Schroeder as well as a recent phone call with Mary about a month ago where we had each other laughing and talking about old times. What a great friend who had a great sense of humor and always stayed in touch; my family & I will miss her and remember her fondly. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this sad time.
