Joe and I were boy-hood neighbors on Smith Street in Peekskill as were some of our other classmates. He and I actually went out on Halloween one year as a duo - Joe was the lion trainer, I was the lion.
My condolences to his family, children, grandchildren and friends. Rest In Peace Joe.
