Obituary of Richard Anthony Lent, Jr.

Richard Anthony Lent, Jr. (Butt) 34, of Peekskill NY died of a tragic motorcycle accident on July 15, 2023, he was 34 years old.

He was born on December 1, 1988 son of Richard Anthony Lent, Sr. and Raquette Heady-Thompson.

Butt graduated from Lakeland high school class of 2006, Butt then went on to hold several jobs from carpentry to mechanic. His most recent job being at Little Bear in Montrose, NY. 

Rich is predeceased by his grandparents Richard Heady Sr., Linda Heady, Robert Lent, Theresa Lent, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and stepbrother Christopher Gilleo.

But leaves behind two daughters Chasity Lent and Star Lent their mother Candice Ayala 

He also leaves behind two brothers Marcus Lent, Jordan Lent,  and step-sister Shalee Mallory 

Nieces Nala Elianna Lent, Shyanne Mallory, and nephews Mason and Ryder Lent. 

Rich was known by his nieces and nephews as “ uncle money”.  He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, 414 Washington Street, Peekskill, NY.

Chapel service will be held during visitation at 5:00 pm

No black is to be worn during Memorial Gathering.....
