I am speechless. I just adored Jay and wife. Jay and Priscilla were very good friends with my parents, Ellis and Peg Finch.
It was my intention this week to write Jay a letter after hearing Mayor Catalina on New Years Eve praise Jay for all has done for the city of Peekskill.
My heart felt prayers are being said for Priscilla and their children and family!
Peekskill suffered a great loss and GOD and Heaven gained a remarkable human being.
Rest in Peace Jay!
