I'm saddened to think that Florence is gone from our sight. After my mother died, I had no reason to go to her building...whic h is how I knew Florence. I left several messages a couple of years ago, but never got a response. I was hopeful that she simply moved. I will always remember Florence for her friendliness to me and my mother. She was a sweet and kind lady! May she rest in peace!
