Fran was a great person, a great friend, dedicated Police Officer and dedicated Wife and Mother. She and her husband traveled from Hopewell JCT to Peekskill to attend my Mother's funeral in August of 2010. Fran passed three months later! Fran and my brother, Peter Finch, Lou Cortez, and so many others were life long friends. God Bless you Franny. was proud to have known you! Rest in Eternal Slumber Fran!
